7-Day Unconditional Return Policy

The “7-Day Unconditional Return” means that the supplier promises that when the consumer purchases the products on Echemi platform, the supplier must provide unconditional return after-sale protection service to consumer for 7 days (the time counted to 168 hours from 00:00 o’clock of the second day of receiving the commodity or picking up the commodity from the warehouse by consumer is 7 days) if the product is intact.

“7-Day Unconditional Return” Conditions


1.The commodity must be unopened and undamaged;
2.An application for return of commodity shall be made through Echemi platform within 7 days (the time counted to 168 hours from 00:00 o’clock of the second day of receiving the commodity or picking up the commodity from the warehouse by consumer is 7 days) from the date of receipt of commodity;
3.Upload corresponding photos and other evidences according to the requests from Echemi;
4.Sender must pay for the freight of returned commodity.

Free Return or Exchange Policy


If any commodity purchased on Echemi platform has quality defects or damaged packaging (consumers should confirmed that the commodity is in good condition when pick up from the warehouse by themselves, the “free return or exchange policy” will not be supported when the commodity has left the warehouse), consumers could initiate a return or exchange application through the platform within 7 days (the time counted to 168 hours from 00:00 o’clock of the second day of receiving the commodity or picking up the commodity from the warehouse by consumer is 7 days) and contact the account manager for return or exchange after the identification.

Conditions in Quality Issue


1.Provide the quality inspection certificate issued by the third party inspection agency or provide the corresponding photos and other evidences according to Echemi's request;
2.Foreign matter found inside the product must be left as is and returned in its original packaging and label; 3.Not receive any charges, and Echemi will pay for the freight; 4.Both parties could negotiate to return or exchange all or part of the commodity.

Conditions in Damaged Product


1.Consumers should confirmed that the commodity is in good condition when pick up from the warehouse by themselves. The “free return or exchange policy” will not be supported when the commodity has left the warehouse;
2.Proof of damage to goods as required by Echemi, providing photos, videos and other evidence of the corresponding packaging;
3.Return or exchange damaged goods through negotiation by both parties, Echemi will pay for the freight;
4.The return of the remaining undamaged goods can refer to the condition of “7-Day Unconditional Return”.

Conditions in Incorrect or Omissive Commodity


1.Consumers should confirmed that the the list and quantity of purchased commodity are correct when pick up from the warehouse by themselves. The “free return or exchange policy” will not be supported when the commodity has left the warehouse;
2.Provide the list of purchased items as required by Echemi, and provide corresponding photo or video to proof the commodity has been incorrectly sent or omitted;
Not receive any freight charges of returning commodity that is sent by mistake, Echemi will pay for the freight;
4.Resend or refund omitted commodity through mutual negotiation, Echemi will pay for the freight of sending the omitted commodity.

Return or Exchange Process


1.All returns and exchanges must fist be confirmed and reviewed manually by Echemi platform. Please do not send back the commodity before the platform is approved;
2.If you want to cancel an order that has been paid but not shipped, you need to contact customer service. After confirmation by both parties, the customer service will cancel the order and the prepaid payment will be directly returned to the original payment account;
3.The consumer needs to apply for return or exchange service on the platform (User Center - My Order) first;
4.Echemi will process the return or exchange request within 48 hours;
5.The consumer shall submit the corresponding supporting documents according to Echemi requirements;
6.After the return or exchange request is approved, the consumer must arrange the logistics to return the commodity and submit the waybill information within 72 hours (the consumers who will send back by themselves must delivery the commodity to the designated warehouse within 168 hours after the return or exchange request is approved), any way of returning must be accompanied by return materials approved by Echemi (the returned materials need to be confirmed with customer service) ;
7.Echemi will check the commodity within 72 hours after receiving it. After confirmation, the platform will display the return (exchange) status as completed return (exchange) and notify the buyer by email;
8.Echemi will refund the payment within 7 working days from the date that return (exchange) status changed to completed return (exchange). The refund will be returned to the original payment account through PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.
